How is Pure Consciousness linked to the real world?

In the Corporate World, the head of the organization sets a Vision to be realized by the organization. This means setting a target in the Pure Consciousness Plane that needs to materialize in the Physical Plane.
This Vision then goes into the Cycle of Creation i.e., the Vision Information is seeded into the Plane of Choice. This then percolates to the Knowledge Plane where the leaders/leadership plan, strategize and monitor progress. Finally the vision, plan and stratagem set by the corporate head/leadership gets materialized in the Physical World or Physical Plane i.e., in the plane of Men/Women (employees), Machines, Equipment, Experience, Knowledge, Technology, Time, etc. It must be remembered that all of this information is stored in the Pure Consciousness domain and comes from there… all.
This is the fundamental Science of Consciousness behind a successful business organization. This is how businesses realize their Growth, Revenue, Diversifications, and Sales, etc. What you see here is an Ideal Scenario where the set Vision/Goals are achieved without any hurdles/obstacles or standard business issues and everything runs like clockwork.
But one has to note that we do not have ideal scenarios most of the time. In many cases, Goals are not achieved in the Corporate World as Corporate Heads/Business Leaders, who at various times face various constraints, end up building their Vision from their intellect and are not well connected to the Pure Consciousness domain.
There is also the Factor of Information and Energy that comes into play during the process of creation. Information and Energy must be in perfect harmony in order to flawlessly achieve the organization's Vision.

A leader's Vision is fundamentally Information which has come from the Pure Consciousness domain.
